Tony Lester Ruth Sr.

Tony Lester Ruth, Sr. 69, husband of the late Linda Williams Ruth, of Belton died at Martha Franks Retirement Community, Thursday April 25, 2024.

Born in Cleveland TN. He was the son of the late Gene Ruth and Billie Rose Chappel. He attended Beech Springs Church. He retired from Michelin as a Control operator after being employed for 39 years.

Surviving are: Sons, Tony Lester Ruth Jr. of Belton, Billy Ruth of Anderson; Stepdaughters, Wendy Stevens (Ray Gill) of Belton, Dianne Saxton (Furman Trotter) and, Misty Williams of Honea Path; Stepson John Williams of Anderson; Sister, Janice Edwards of Belton; 5 Grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by a Grandson.

Services will be held at 3:00PM Sunday April 28, 2024, at Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Boggs officiating. Burial will follow at The Garden of Memories.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:45 before the service.

The family will be at their respective homes.
