Ruth Crumpton Jordan, 89, widow of Robert Henry Jordan, Sr., formerly of 311 Simpson Rd., died Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at NHC.
Born in Belton, SC, she was the daughter of the late Ollie and Jeannie Dean Crumpton. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a homemaker and a member of Belton Pentecostal Holiness Church where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years prior to illness.
Surviving are: son, Robert “Bobby” Jordan, Jr. of Greenwood; daughter, Wanda Dunkley of Belton; grandchildren, Jason Dunkley, Jarrett and Kayla Jordan; great grandchildren, Kelsey, Jordan and Kaitlyn Dunkley.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Maude Phillips, Lossie Fredricks, Alice Gibby, Florine Bagwell, Sara Crumpton and Blanche Hall.
Service will be held 2pm Friday at Cox Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Barden officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories.
The family will receive friends prior to the service Friday from 12pm until 1:45pm at the funeral home.

The family will be at their respective homes.
