Craig Avery Acker

Craig Avery Acker, 54, husband for 23 years of Shirley “Roxanne” Tammen Acker of the Shady Grove community, died Friday, September 27, 2019.

Born in Greenville, he was the son of Louis Clifton Acker of Honea Path, and the late Lottie Jean Porter Acker. He was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his father, and wife of the home are: sons, Michael Corey Stone and Christopher “Ty” Stone both of Honea Path; sister, Renee Craddock (Jeff) of Travelers Rest; grandsons, Dominic Lee and Carter Joseph Stone.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, October 5th at 1pm at Shady Grove Baptist Church with Rev. John the Baptist Harbin and Rev. Darrell Hawthorne officiating.
