Jeremy Dan Tumblin

Jeremy Dan Tumblin, 33, husband of Ashley Robinson Tumblin, of 3552 Neely
Ferry Road, died Monday, August 19, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his
loving family.

Jeremy was born April 7, 1986 in Simpsonville, SC. He is the son of Danny
Tumblin of Laurens and Celeste Culbertson of Hickory Tavern. He attended
Grace Community Church, 1611 Woodlawn Rd. Greenwood, SC 29649. He was a
2004 graduate of Laurens High School and received his Associates Degree in 2006
from Piedmont Technical College. He worked as a machinist and welder. Jeremy
loved building motorcycles and designed and machined custom motorcycle wheels.
 

Surviving in addition to his parents, and his loving wife of the home; step-son,
whom he loved dearly as his own, London Kade Robinson of the home; maternal
grandmother, Linda Merchant of Simpsonville; sisters, Jennifer Celeste Tumblin
of Laurens, and Raigon Tumblin Watkins and husband Sam, and nephews;
Tanner, Alec and Jadon all of Oklahoma City, OK.
 

Jeremy was a wonderful man who inspired so many people with his strength and
will to fight. He did not let the cancer limit him or define who he was and
continued to find joy in his many passions. He touched many lives and will
continue to do so.
 

Memorial service will be held 12 noon Saturday, August 31 st at Grace Community
Church in Greenwood with Pastors Chad Jordan, Josh Culbertson and Rod
Schultz officiating.
 

The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday from 11am until
11:45am at the church.
 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ashley Tumblin at the address listed
above.
