 Amanda “Amy” Rae Taylor, 48, wife of Johnny Taylor, Jr., resident of Sharon and Karon Rd., died Saturday December 12, 2020 at AnMed Health Medical Center. 

Born March 22, 1972 in Anderson County to the late Herbert Harris Queen and the late Karen Rebecca Walker, she was a machine operator before becoming disabled. 

She was a member of Blue Ridge Baptist Church. 

Surviving are her husband of 29 years, of the home; her daughter, Ashley Inez Chambers and husband Tommy of Iva; her sister, Virginia Cudd of Anderson; her grandchildren, Kalee Rae Austin, Emma Leanne Smith, Brailey Michelle Chambers, Alyssa Ann Chambers, and Serenity Raynn Chambers; her fur baby, Leela. 

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Cox Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Busha officiating. Burial will follow in the family cemetery located on Sharon and Karon Rd. 

The family is at the home and will receive friends Monday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
