Calvin Douglas Owens

Calvin Douglas Owens, 77, husband of Andera Shirly Owens, of Palmetto Parkway died Friday, July 31, 2020 at Rainey Hospice House.

Born in Abbeville, he was the son of the late Calvin Greer and Mary Greer Owens. He was a member of High Praises Church of God.

Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are: daughter, Kerri Wishart (Robert) of Belton; brother in law, Jimmy Seawright of Donalds; sister, Jo Banister (Don) of Belton; grandchildren, Sean and Justin.

He was preceded in death by his sister, June Seawright.

Service will be held 2pm Tuesday at Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chris Sustar, Delron Shirley, and Rev. Norman Black officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories.

The family will receive friends prior to the service Tuesday from 12pm until 1:45pm at Cox Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, family request memorials be made to Hospice of the Upstate @ 1835 Rogers Rd. Anderson, SC 29621.

The family will be at their respective homes.
