Jacob Landen Christian, 16, of Anderson, died Sunday, June 19, 2022.
He was born January 11, 2006, in Anderson County he was the son of Herbert Christian Jr and Angela Hicks Davis.
He was an upcoming junior at TL Hanna High School and was employed at Taco Bell in Anderson. He loved hanging out with his friends and family.
Surviving in addition to parents are Stepdad Jerry Davis of Anderson; his brother Thomas Moore of Anderson, Jesse Davis of Elberton GA; his sister Catelyn Christian of Belton; material grandparents Jim Mathis and Janie Hicks, both of Honea Path; his great-grandmother Edith Burriss of Iva; his nephew Malakai and Silas and nieces Evelyn, Trinity, Dallas, and Ana.
He is preceded in death by grandfathers Herbert Christian Sr, Marion Burriss, and Willie Hicks, Grandmother Judy Andre, great grandmother Mattie Shaw, his aunt Shannon Christian, and his uncle Shane Christian.
Funeral service will be conducted Friday at 2:00 PM from the Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chad Moore officiating. Burial will follow at the Garden of Memories.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 to 8 at Cox Funeral Home.
The family will be at the home of Angela Davis 3616 E. River St Anderson SC 29621.
Cox Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangement.
