Janice Gayle Greer, 76, widow of James Alvin Greer Jr, died Monday, November 21, 2022, at her residence.
Born in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late James and Elaine Patterson Myers. She attended Macedonia Baptist Church.
Surviving are: Jim (Kristi) Golden of Brownwood TX; daughters Angie Vaughn, and Terri Greer both of Belton; step-children Marion Terry (Martha) Greer of Honea Path, Mickey Greer of Belton; 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by granddaughter Melissa Polsky.
Service will be held 11:00 am Friday November 25, 2022, at Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marion Greer officiating. Burial will be at M.J. Dolly Cooper at a later date.
The family will receive friends Friday from 10 am until 10:45 am at the funeral home.
Flowers are accepted
The family will be at their respective homes.
