Jewel (McAllister) Lollis

Jewel McAllister Lollis, 75, widow of the late Donnie Ray Lollis, resident of Barkers Creek Road, entered into rest Tuesday August 8, 2023 at the Callie and John Rainey Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on January 8, 1948 in Greenwood to the late Robert C., and Minnie Davis McAllister, she worked many years as the Food Service Manager for Torrington and retired from the Smart-Stop in Donalds.

She was of the Church of God faith.

Surviving are her children, Brian Lollis and Christy Cason (Van) all of Belton; her brother, Gene McAllister (Robbie) of Ware Shoals; her grandchildren, Trevor Lollis (Mandy) of Williamston, Zachary Cason (Amber) and Christopher Lollis (Faith) all of Spartanburg, Bryson Lollis (Brooke) of Belton; 8 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Mike Lollis.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 4:00 PM from the Garden of Memories with Rev. Norman Black officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

The remains will lie in repose at Cox Funeral Home on Thursday from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM and again Friday from 9:00 AM until 2:30 PM.

The family is at the home.
