JoAnne McAlister Obituary

JoAnne Payton McAlister, 74, of 601 E. Calhoun Rd., died Tuesday, December 18, 2018.

Born in Belton, SC, she was the daughter of the late Joel and Selma Hughes Payton. She attended Bethany Baptist Church.

Surviving are: daughter, Linda Clinkscales (Jerome) of Greenville; brother, Bobby Payton (Lynn) of Belton; sisters, Betty Sue Timms of Anderson and Teresa Duvall (Carl) of Belton; grandchildren, Tiffany and Chris Clinkscales; niece, Darlene Payton Stack of Belton.

She was preceded in death by her son, Wayne McAlister.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
