Kathleen (Hicks) Cox

Kathleen Hicks Cox, 94, widow of the late Earl Cox, died Sunday July 19, 2020 at NHC Anderson.

Born August 24, 1925 in Anderson to the late Ed and Mamie Howard Hicks, she was a high school graduate and worked in day care. She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving are 1 daughter; 4 grandchildren; several loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 5 brothers and 3 sisters.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. from the Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Todd Lowe  officiating. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends Wednesday from 1 to 1:45PM prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Mike Chapman, Johnny Lowe, Leon Chandler, Barry Treadwell, Larry Hicks, and Gibbs Pike.
