Merritt Olivia Boulware Perry, 65, wife of Shaylor Perry of 136 Highway 413 Belton, died October 14, 2023, at the residence.

She was born in Anderson County to the late Francis Daniel and Barbara Olivia Bolt Boulware. She was a veteran of the United States Army. She was a member of Dorchester Baptist Church in Belton and a 1977 graduate of T.L Hana High School.

Surviving in addition to her husband of the home; sons William Grant Conterras, Jason Gere Conterras, and daughter Barbara Olivia Conterras all of Anderson; 4 grandsons Connor, Kash, Matthew, and Jeremiah; Brothers Francis Daniel Boulware (Kelly), and James Andrew Boulware (Krystal); 5 Nephews, 1 Niece, 4 great Nephews and 1 great Niece.

A special thank you to Hospice of the Upstate and NHC Station 5 of Anderson, Wanda Jones, and Cindy Williamson, her caregivers.

Services will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 2:00pm at Dorchester Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Allen officiating. The burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends prior to the service Wednesday from 12:30 until 1:45pm at the church.

Memorial may be made to Hospice of the Upstate or Dorchester Baptist Church.

The family will be at their respective homes.
