Miles Milton Williamson

Miles Milton Williamson, 82, husband of Carolyn Hawkins Williamson, resident of Hwy. 413, died Tuesday June 30, 2020 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Born December 18, 1937 in Anderson to the late Albert and Mary Davis Williamson, he was a self employed carpenter. He was a member of Long Branch Baptist Church.

Surviving other than his wife of 15 years, of the home, are his sons, Kenneth Williamson (Donna), Steven Williamson (Melody), and Timothy Williamson (Andrea) all of Anderson; his daughters, Ann Ashley of Anderson, Cyndi Williamson of Rockingham, NC, and Sherri Williamson of Williamston; 16 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; his brothers, Billy Williamson (Gaynell), Tony Williamson (Linda), Larry Williamson (Pat), and Jerry Williamson (Charlene); his sisters, Mary Ann Sanders, and Sarah Brown; his sister in law, Evelyn Williamson.

He was predeceased by his brother, Jimmy Williamson, and the mother of his children, Peggy Gilstrap Williamson.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 11:00 AM from Long Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Watson and Dr. Clarence Adkinson officiating.

The family will be at their respective homes.
