Rev. Ricky Dean Posey, 66, husband of Mary Ann Campbell Posey, resident of Darlene Dr., went to be with his Heavenly Father Saturday September 4, 2021 at Abbeville Area Medical Center.

Born on February 22, 1955 in Abbeville County to Syble McClain Posey and the late Carl Posey, he worked in heavy construction for many years. He was presently the Pastor of Rock of Salvation Church in Belton.

Surviving other than his mother and his loving wife of 37 years, are his children, James Travis Posey (Alicia) of Williamston, Michelle Davis (Ray), and Revonda “Reva” Patterson (Wayne), all of Belton; his brothers, Mike Posey (Patty), Sammy Posey (Sherry), Dennis Posey (Tammy); 9 grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Josh Posey.

Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 AM from Garden Of Memories with Rev. Frank Reid officiating.

Due to the increase in COVID-19, please practice social distancing.

The family is at their respective homes.
