Mr. Roy Dean Martin, 77, husband of Linda Jo Ann Ricketts Martin, of Cherokee Rd, died Wednesday March 9,2022 at AnMed Medical Center.

He was born July 5, 1944, in Anderson County to the late Thomas Crocker and Helen Pauline Vanador Martin. He was a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church in Williamston and was retired from Electrolux Manufacturing plant.

He was a former member of Timeless Devotion, he loved to travel, and a big fan of Wren Athletics.

Surviving in addition to his loving wife of 59 years, is a son Gary (Patricia) Martin of Spartanburg, sister Helen Darlene Reid, grandchildren Brandon and Megan Martin, Cody McDade, and great grandchildren Emma Martin and Kayleigh Smith.

Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 2:00 PM at Beaverdam Baptist Church cemetery with Rev Steve Ricketts officiating.

The family is at the home and will receive friend following the burial.
