Thelma Woods McCurry, 91, resident of Due West Hwy., died Wednesday September 2, 2020 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born May 23, 1929 in Greenville County to the late John Luther and Evelyn Sims Woods, she retired from Ryobi after 27 years of service.
She was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church. She enjoyed working in her yard, eating desserts, and spending time with her family.
Surviving are her daughter, Bobbie Hall and husband Scott of Anderson; her grandchildren, Kasey Popp, Haley Hall and Hunter Hall; her great grandchildren, Porter and Sienna Coughlan. She was predeceased by her daughters, Jacki McAlister and Cindy McCurry, brothers Lamar Woods, Harley Woods, Truman Woods, and John Earl Woods, sisters Odessa Hughes, and Joann Land.
Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 11:00 AM from Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dale Lynch and Scott Hall officiating.
The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends immediately following the service.
