Weldon Ray Escoe, 82, resident of James St., formerly of Belton, died Monday September 27, 2021 at Linley Park Post Accute Care in Anderson.

Born on January 2, 1939 in Belton to the late Ralph Owen and Myrtie Thaxton Escoe, he was a graduate of Belton High School, he worked as an Electrician for Lark Builders in Lyons, GA for many years.

He was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are his sister Faye King and husband Zane of Belton; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

Graveside services will be conducted Thursday September 30^th at 11:00 AM from Belton City Cemetery with Rev. Chad Moore officiating.

The family is at their respective homes.
